Before you can start working at EW, first choose a suitable job opening to apply for, or submit an unsolicited application.
After that, you’ll go through the application process. That procedure varies by position.
Job Application Process
Applying for a job at EW Facility Services is simple and personalized. We believe it’s important for you to know what to expect in advance, and we’ll keep you well informed throughout the application process. Of course, every job is different. That is why the procedure for operational positions differs from that for staff and management positions.
This application process applies to most of EW’s job openings. Would you like to start working as a cleaner, for example? Here is the application process:
1. You’re applying
Thanks for your interest in EW! Fill out the application form, and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
2. Phone call
We’ll call you to get to know you and schedule an appointment. Do you have any questions about the position or working at EW? Then we’d be happy to answer them, of course.
3. Your interview
During the interview, we’ll get to know each other better. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for and work together to see which options are right for you.
4. Contract
Are we both excited about this? Congratulations! You will receive a contract from us detailing the agreements we have made.
5. Your first day of work
We’ll decide together when you’ll start. After that, we’ll make sure you’re welcomed and shown the ropes. Your adventure at EW Facility Services can begin!
For various positions—such as many office positions at EW—the following application process applies:
1. Your application
We’re glad you’re applying! We will carefully review your resume and cover letter. We’ll let you know within a few business days whether we’ll invite you for an initial meeting.
2. Initial Phone Interview
During a brief phone call, we’ll tell you more about the job opening and look forward to getting to know you. This way, we can find out together whether the position and EW are a good fit for you.
3. First meeting
Time to get to know each other better. We’ll get to know you better and tell you more about the position, the team, and our organization. Of course, there’s plenty of room for your questions, too.
4. Second session
In the second session, we’ll delve deeper into the topic. Among other things, we’ll discuss the job responsibilities, how we’ll work together, and our mutual expectations. That’s how we determine whether there’s a good match on both sides.
5. An assessment, if applicable
For some positions, an assessment is part of the application process. This will help us both gain a better understanding of your talents, motivations, and work style.
6. Terms of Employment and Contract
Are we both excited about this? We will then discuss the terms of employment, and you will receive a suitable offer from us. Once the contract is signed, we’ll warmly welcome you to EW Facility Services.
