With our \u201cYou\u2019re the Best\u201d sign, coworkers can give each other compliments. Has a coworker done something special? Then you can nominate that person. Each quarter, the manager selects a winner. Every year, we present the EW Service Award to our top-performing teams. Management visits the winning teams in person to surprise them. Together, we celebrate their success on-site\u2014often with cake and a fun team outing.
