With our “You’re the Best” sign, coworkers can give each other compliments. Has a coworker done something special? Then you can nominate that person. Each quarter, the manager selects a winner. The winner receives a gift card, flowers, a certificate, and a spot on our Wall of Fame.
Every year, we present the EW Service Award to our top-performing teams. Management visits the winning teams in person to surprise them. Together, we celebrate their success on-site—often with cake and a fun team outing. We also involve our customers in this celebration, because success is always a team effort.
We like to celebrate the moments that matter—such as a birthday, Christmas, the summer season, or a work anniversary. On occasions like these, colleagues receive a card, flowers, or a small gift. Because sometimes it’s those little gestures that make all the difference.
The terms and conditions set forth in the collective bargaining agreement for the cleaning and window-cleaning industry apply to our cleaning positions. Different terms and conditions apply to staff and management, which are determined on a per-position basis.
